If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Conditions

• Items must be clean, unused beyond normal trial, and in their original packaging.
• Contact us first at support@nadarskin.com so we can issue return instructions.
• Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@nadarskin.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you — no return required in most cases.
